"Ride cancelled 20 mins before pick up time at 2am. Found it extremely difficult getting another ride for 5 people at early hours of the morning.
Very disappointing and frustrating, no answer on any telephone numbers, would like a full refund as we had to pay additional fees for a new taxi."
