"I was due to go to King's Cross by tube but then found out the line was closed that day. I very rarely travel to London so I was concerned about catching my train on time, but I needn't have worried. I appreciated being kept up to date about the arrival of my taxi & it was exactly on time. The vehicle was immaculate & the driver was most polite. The journey was an unexpected expense but was worth it for my peace of mind."
