"Made a booking at 18:30 on Sunday for Monday morning. This was cancelled at 1:50 Monday morning by email. This is very poor service. How can I find an alternative with such a late cancellation. A code giving me 10% off my booking is irrelevant as I won't be using this service ever again. "

"The taxi driver was very helpful, on time and friendly. Unfortunately he had been informed that we only had 2 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage bags, however we actually had 4 large suitcases as confirmed in the booking confirmation email. Therefore his vehicle was not suitable. However, knowing we had a flight to catch he agreed to putting a large suitcase in the front passenger seat and one in the back with the two passengers. It appears that there was a lack of communication between the booking company and the local cab firm."

"Outward journey to airport very prompt Pick up from airport did not arrive. Landed at 9.15am with pick up time given as 10.15am. Received email at 10am stating exp cited arrival would be a 19.35 based on flight number. Called to state had already landed ( appeared outgoing flight number had been entered but time appeared to have been ignored). Taxi eventually arrived at 11.15am"

"This was a a pick up for 5 adults returning from holiday. I paid to be met at the exit hall but no service was provided or refund offered. In addition, I did not receive an SMS booking confirmation despite paying 1.50 for the privilege. This is the second time the service has not been provided (same deal last year) and I'm tempted to wonder if its not just an opportunity to increase profit - ie saving the parking charge and driver time at the airport."

"I was extremely disappointed by the service provided to me by your company. I have booked a taxi online and did not know whether my booking was recieved, contrary to the information on your website. Upon calling the centre, I was told I was supposed to book the taxi 24 hours in advance. I was shocked by this information as nowhere on the website does it say that this is a requirement. As a result, I had to replan my entire journey. I suggest you update your website or improve your service."
